Comment CboxI began surfing the web like I use to do when I had nothing better to do with my evenings after school let out and on weekends. This is only because I was stuck with the stomach virus for the past few days. I was over the worst part of it on Thursday, I got the virus Tuesday night / Wednesday morning from my lovely mother and she got the virus from some lady who came into work sick. I honestly hate when people come to school or work sick, like just stay home and get some rest or something along that line. The downfall of me missing school for three days is that I won't be able to skip any finals (I really needed to skip at least one) and that I have study like crazy for two tests, geometry and biology. I also missed track practice which I was sad about but glad I stayed home to get better. There was practice today but I'm still not completely filling my usual self so I'll just wait till Monday to return. I hate missing school and it's ironic because I had got a mini-award the day before I got the virus congratulating me on perfect attendance.
I'm trying to get back into web / graphic design. I'm really striving to become better at it because it was something I was huge on for two years and all of a sudden high school walked into my life and I kinda lost interest in it. I'm not going to give up design just like that, so I'm making practice graphics and resources for this site when I have time. I will try to update as much as possible with content and blog posts. I had two previous sites before this one but this one means a lot to me and I won't run this one into the ground like the others. I need to learn more html, php, scripts, etc. I was hoping to make a new layout but I'm lacking creativity and the layout wasn't coming out right so I just stuck with this one. I really like this layout but I want to become a lot better at web designing, become better in general like I stated earlier in this post. I know I can make better stuff than I already do, I just lack a lot of creativity most times, ugh.
Now, I always have an in depth life part in my blogs and this it right here. Since I've became more active in school and school sports I've seen nothing but positive feedback. I've raised all my grades to A's (Excluding geometry) and I've lost weight. I have made so many new friends from sports and I really wish those girls who think they're all that and a bag of ruffles walking around school and have nothing else better to do besides complain at others about "drama" would join sports. Even though I'm not everyone, ever since I've joined sports I haven't had to deal with "drama", I mean reality. I'm sorry to say but what everyone else calls "drama" I call reality because it's never going to stop and it's apart of everyone's life in someway. Anywho, I love sports and I really have no clue what I would do without them. I know that sophomore year will be the best, freshman year was my building block: learning the tricks and trades of our school, getting in good with coaches, joining sports, keeping focused on grades, and making new friends. I couldn't have asked for much more. Sophomore year I will change my style and make myself who I really want to be. I really can't wait till then. Back to the present time, I started talking to this guy and hopefully something will happen between us, I'm crossing my fingers it does. (Kinda random) We could possibly hang out today but we'll see what happens. There's a lot else I could talk about but I'll refrain myself from doing so.
